The MCC has conducted a lab tour today for Yale Youth Global Scholars today. High school students from around the world are coming to expand their knowledge on materials characterization tools in West Campus.
Dr. Lei Wang is showing the patterning capability of our newly installed Focused Ion Beam system. A Yale emblem in 15 um size was created by etching a piece of silicon chip using focused ion beam.
