Our West Campus Cleanroom is planned to expand to meet the needs from materials research groups in both West Campus and School of Engineering. Two major equipment, Oxford Pro100 Reactive Ion Etcher and PVD UHV E-beam Evaporation system will be housed in the expended room. The expansion is expected to be finished by the end of this new year!
