A new version of SEM SOP for EDS scan

Following the hardware upgrade on 7/26, an updated version of SEM SOP was uploaded on the Core webpage. Users are required to follow strictly the new SOP, especially the EDS part. Please contact the Core if EDS scan is scheduled.
